Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Items should be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including tags and packaging.
• Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.

How to Return

2. Return Authorisation: Once approved, you’ll receive a return authorisation and instructions.
3. Ship the Items: Pack the items securely and include the original receipt or order confirmation. Ship to the address provided in the return instructions.

Refunds

 • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned items.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll replace the item at no additional cost or provide a full refund.
